Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Denver, CO is seeking friendly bartenders to join our energetic team. You’ll work behind the bar to craft memorable guest experiences, uphold beverage program standards, and deliver service with speed and flair. Must be 21 years old or older.

We offer flexible hours, room to grow, and a referral bonus program. Training will teach you the essentials, including brand standards, cash handling, and POS usage in a fun, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bar team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain beverage program knowledge and brand standards.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand guidelines.
• Enter orders and process payments using Aloha POS.
• Clean and sanitize bar and guest areas every 30 minutes.
• Wash barware and dishes regularly.
• Rotate shifts as Bar Back when needed.
• Manage cash responsibly.

What you'll be doing:

• Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
• Uphold the integrity of the beverage program with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Uses Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Cleans and sanitizes the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
• Washes all barware dishes
• Rotates shifts as Bar Backs
• Responsible for proper cash management
