Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a bartender at our Dallas theater to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will know the bar menu, prepare drinks quickly, and ensure accuracy in orders while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, ServSafe/alcohol certifications, and familiarity with Vista POS. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in this role at Cinepolis locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of bartending experience with full bar.
• ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and management.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests who approach the bar with a smile and warm hospitality.
• Take and process food and beverage orders quickly and accurately.
• Make recommendations based on menu items and customer preferences.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Clean as you go and maintain a sanitary bar area.
• Keep stock levels up and coordinate with the Bar Supervisor on inventory.
• Process payments and ensure smooth transitions at the bar.
• Handle guest complaints and direct to management when needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and perform side duties.
