Job summary

Little Mama’s Italian Kitchen in Cornelius, NC is seeking an experienced bartender to join our high-volume team. You will craft cocktails, provide exceptional guest service, and help maintain bar standards in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a base pay of $10 per hour plus tips. Candidates should have 4+ years of bar experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work evenings/weekends to support a lively dining environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bar experience.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons.
• Provide guests with great service and maintain bar standards.
• Process to-go orders through third-party outlets and calls to the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with ABC regulations.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

Little Mama’s wants to add an experienced bartender to our team. Our bartenders provide our guests with exemplary cocktails to all of our guests in the restaurant while maintaining guests at the bar. Bartender Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons


• Provide guests with great service and maintain bar to FS Food Group standards


• Execute all to-go orders through third-party outlets and guests calling into the restaurant.


• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area


• Ensure policies and processes are in place to check identification to confirm legal drinking age


• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


• Comply with all ABC regulations


• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant


• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
