Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to guests.
2. Verify guests’ age for alcohol purchases in compliance with all regulations.
3. Take orders, interact with guests, and provide food and drink service.
4. Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences.
5. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
6. Follow all food, beverage, and liquor service laws and company policies.
7. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
8. Prepare and store garnishes, juices, and perishables.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol legally.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and Tuesdays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash and managing tabs.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Manual dexterity for handling glassware and bar tools.
