Position: Bartender/Server

Join our team as a Bartender/Server and enjoy the following expectations:

1. Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
2. Use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks.
3. Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
4. Receive cash from guests, give change, verify charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly handled.
5. Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar at all times.
6. Maintain stock, and handle cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
7. Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
8. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to meet health standards.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
