Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an experienced bartender for our restaurant and golf course venues in Texas. You will welcome guests, describe menu items, assist with the PopStroke app, take and deliver orders, and provide a memorable, fun guest experience.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, high-volume service capability, and excellent communication and teamwork. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve guests with outstanding service and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar, and gaming areas.
• Assist with inventory and stock management as needed.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, balance cash drawers.
• Work indoors and outdoors and collaborate with team for seamless service.

Pay rate: $Hourly + tips

Role type: non-exempt

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve our guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
• Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
