Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Chula Vista, CA is seeking energetic bartenders to create unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting during game days and beyond. If you enjoy connecting with guests, supporting a strong team, and serving great drinks, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll prepare beverages to company standards, maintain a clean bar, verify guest ages, and collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to deliver outstanding service while complying with safety rules and policies.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience of at least 6 months.
• Must be 18+ and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
• Must obtain required food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by state/local law.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
