Labriola Italian Specialties – Fulton Market in Chicago is hiring a bartender to join our fast-paced, hospitality-driven team. You’ll craft cocktails, pours, and nonalcoholic drinks while delivering warm, personalized service at a busy bar in a renowned culinary cluster.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to serve alcohol.
• Current BASSET certification.
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to train great people with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all alcohol-service, safety, sanitation, and responsible-serving standards.
• Help create memorable experiences for guests and a positive environment for coworkers.

Pay: Tipped hourly wage plus tips
Schedule: Full-time

Labriola Italian Specialties is looking for friendly, energetic bartenders to join our team in the heart of Fulton Market!

As a bartender, you'll do more than make great drinks-you'll help create the lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. If you enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and staying busy in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to serve alcohol
