Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a bright mixologist to craft a diverse, seasonally-inspired beverage menu and provide warm, engaging service to guests after a long day at the office.

The bartender should have 2+ years of bartending experience, excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food, and the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
