30hop American Restaurant & Bar in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for Bartenders who are available to work nights and weekends. Compensation

Fully trained Bartenders start at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Typical shifts range from 4 - 8 hours
• Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred

Full-Time Benefits (available to employees averaging 35+ hours per week)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
• Accurately prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Process guest payments accuratelyFollow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
• Assist with additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications
