Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Castle Pines, CO is seeking a Bartender to join our cafe/bar team. You will prepare cocktails and non‑alcoholic drinks, interact with members, take orders, check IDs, and handle payments while keeping a clean, sanitary bar.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of bartending experience, and certification to serve alcohol. CPR/AED within 30 days; must lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.

• Serve members and customers in a timely fashion, including checking identification, accepting payment, and answering any questions that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning bar surface, furniture, and equipment and returning used dishware to the bar/kitchen.
• Maintain supplies by re‑stocking liquors, wines, beer, and non‑alcoholic ingredients and replacing beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar's cash register at the end of the shift.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
