Bartenders love working in a fast-paced environment, with a get-it-done mentality and always a positive mindset going into everyday challenges. Key Responsibilities of Bartender

• You are true to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
• Legal age to serve alcohol is a must.
• Experience bartending or working in a juice bar preferred.
• The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Skills, Abilities and Requirements of Bartender

• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Have high knowledge of Aviator Nation items and company values.
• Be flexible working late night events, various wellness events, and early morning shifts.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment, and maintain an immaculately clean work station while executing service with speed and precision.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain coffee, tea, spirits, beer, wine knowledge on current offerings and confidently and accurately communicate product information to customers.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.

Salary Range – California

A reasonable estimate of pay range is $20/hr + tips.

Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program as well as an incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
