Fabian's Italian Bistro & Bar in Fair Oaks is an award-winning, family-owned restaurant, offering a hand crafted, seasonal menu featuring local ingredients. We are seeking talented applicants with a passion for food and fine dining to join our team. We are currently looking to fill the position of BARTENDER.
HIGHLIGHTS:
$30/hr in tips (average) + $16.50/hr wages
15-20 Hours / 3-4 Shifts per week
Upscale bar atmosphere
At least two consecutive days off: Monday/Tuesday
LEAD BARTENDER Qualifications: Applicants must have extensive knowledge of wine, spirits and craft cocktails, with a minimum 2 years experience tending bar in a fine dining restaurant. Must be at least 21 years of age & able to work weekends and holidays. The perfect candidate will consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner. Should easily maintain dialogue with all guests while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times. A clean and hygienic work station in accordance with Sacramento County Health Standards is required. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift and frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items greater than 25 pounds.
