Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT certification.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Provides bar service to guests and cocktail servers.
• Prepares and mixes drinks according to recipes.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated area.
• Keeps the station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary.
• Maintains integrity of financial controls; balance cash drawer, credit charges, and servers’ transactions including tips.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated area.
• Ices and fills all non-alcoholic drinks for servers.
• Provides work direction to assigned bar attendants.

• Rings all drinks into P.O.S. system.
• Mix drinks according to recipes.
• Keeps the station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary.
• Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities; Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, Credit charges, and servers’ food transactions, including tips.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated area.
• Ices and fills all non-alcoholic drinks for servers.
• Provides work direction to assigned bar attendants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a bartender in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift.
