You’ll engage guests with conversations, suggest drinks based on preferences, manage tabs, and ensure age verification and safety policies are followed while upholding Hilton standards.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Who You Are

• High school diploma required; bartending school graduate with at least one year of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication skills, social perceptiveness, and a talent for creating positive guest experiences.
• TIPS, ServSafe, and CPR certified (or willing to obtain); committed to enforcing alcohol and safety policies.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting over 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about mixology, flavor pairings, and providing consistent, high-quality drinks and service.
• Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
