Job summary

You will oversee operation, maintenance, and quality standards, ensuring safe, efficient processes and alignment with lean manufacturing principles. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2–5 years in manufacturing, 1–2 years of training experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a Bronze Lean/Six Sigma certification, plus forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years teaching or on-the-job training experience.
• Lean concepts, ISO Quality Systems, Six-Sigma and Bronze Certification.
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Operate Barrier, LD, VLD extruders and lacquer coating line.
• Maintenance, process, and quality standards for barrier, lacquer and VLD extrusion production.
• Prioritize daily activities and align actions with function and business strategy.
• Engage diverse audiences through collaboration and influence; provide input on performance objectives.
