  • 3-7+ years of experience managing paving, asphalt, or heavy civil construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the MidWest Central Region.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing asphalt paving and construction projects from award through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
