Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate in Stow, Ohio. The role involves sorting material with gauges, using a hydraulic press for straightening, and operating grinding equipment to meet specifications.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided; this is a team-oriented, safety-conscious production environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort material using go/no-go gauges to ensure straightness.
• Operate hydraulic press to straighten material to spec.
• Run automated and semi-automated grinding machines to target specs.
• Etch products with laser engraver.
• Finish boxes and document work in ERP system.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Collaborate with peers and management to ensure safe, quality output.

**Principal Responsibilities: **Use go, no go, gages to sort material for straightnessUtilize hydraulic press to straighten material to intended specificationCheck products utilizing product specific gaugesOperate fully automated & semi-automated grinding machines to grind products to intended specificationEtch product with laser engraverBox finish productTransact work performed within ERP system utilizing a computer or pc-based tabletPerforms routine maintenance and good housekeeping on equipment and work areaPerform duties according to health and safety requirements in accordance with Anderson International policy and proceduresConforms to all Anderson International plant policies and proceduresPopulate documentation that coincides with job responsibilities such as but not limited to inspection, maintenance, inventory, health and safetyAbides by all training, policies, and procedures set forth by Anderson InternationalCollaboration with peers, and management to help ensure positive outcomes and help maintain a safe and respectful work environment**Scope of Position: **Help produce proprietary products (barrel bars) throughout various stages of the products production cycle while achieving target production levels, maintaining quality, while working safely and effectively.Personnel Supervised:**Direct: **0**Indirect: **0**Education: **High school or equivalent**Prior Experience/Skills: **This is an entry level position prior manufacturing experience is not a requirement for this position.
