Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a energetic Barre Instructor to lead low-impact classes that blend ballet, Pilates, and strength training to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability.

The role requires clear instruction, modifications for all fitness levels, and a reliable teaching schedule while embodying Crunch's No Judgments culture. CPR/AED certification and Barre certification are essential, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current Barre certification from a recognized training program or Primary Group Fitness Certification
• CPR/AED Certified
• Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Barre classes that blend ballet, Pilates and strength Training; guide participants safely and motivate them.
• Provide modifications and progressions for a variety of fitness levels and cue to the beat of the music.
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and uphold Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.

Job Summary

• Ability to provide appropriate modifications and progressions for a variety of fitness levels
• Strong knowledge of Barre technique, anatomy, proper alignment, and safe movement
• Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience preferred
• Current Barre certification from a recognized training program or Primary Group Fitness Certification
• CPR/AED Certified
