Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Barre Instructor to lead engaging Barre classes that blend ballet, Pilates, and strength training. You will guide participants of all levels, provide modifications, and maintain a motivating, inclusive environment.

The role offers in‑house training, certifications, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding fitness company in Florida.

Qualifications

• Confident and energetic presence with ability to lead and motivate a group.
• Willingness to learn multiple formats and coach to the beat of music.
• Strong knowledge of Barre technique, anatomy, alignment, and safe movement.
• Current Barre certification and CPR/AED certification required; group fitness cert preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Barre Instructor leads engaging, low‑impact classes that combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability. This role provides clear instruction and modifications while creating a motivating and inclusive experience for members of all fitness levels.

• Dependable and professional with a commitment to maintaining a consistent teaching schedule
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide appropriate modifications and progressions for a variety of fitness levels
• Strong knowledge of Barre technique, anatomy, proper alignment, and safe movement
• Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience preferred
• Current Barre certification from a recognized training program or Primary Group Fitness Certification
• CPR/AED Certified
