Pure Barre is seeking a part-time Fitness Instructor in Washington, D.C. to lead classes at Cathedral Commons, Capitol Hill, and Dupont Circle studios. The role emphasizes delivering engaging, empowering sessions, building community, and maintaining studio excellence.

Training completes with a four‑day program and a commitment to teaching for at least 12 months. Ideal candidates enjoy health and wellness, are people-oriented, and can manage up to 25 participants per class in a fast-paced studio

Responsabilidades

• Lead up to 25 participants through the Pure Barre experience.
• Deliver safe, engaging, and motivating classes that provide an exceptional client experience.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community.
• Prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and planning class flow.
• Learn and execute choreography updates quarterly.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive studio environment.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community initiatives as needed.
