Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience. You will teach multiple classes weekly, plan and study choreography, and adapt to quarterly changes while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming class atmosphere.

The role requires enthusiasm for fitness, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to engage groups of up to 20 participants with rhythm and motivation.

• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concepts is ideal but not required.
• Completion of 4-day training at corporate centers and at-home study before eligibility to teach; minimum one-year commitment to teaching before attending training.

Responsibilities

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Plan and prepare before each class, including choreography study and class planning.
• Learn full choreography changes quarterly.
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy.
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high energy for 50-minute class.
