A leading fitness studio in Blaine is seeking a Barre Fitness Instructor to lead classes and engage clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and passionate about fitness, with the ability to command a room. This full-time role requires teaching a minimum of 5 classes per week and includes a comprehensive training program. Candidates with a background in dance or fitness are preferred but not required. A strong commitment and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 55-minute class
• Complete a 4-day training at a corporate training center, plus significant at-home study and preparation for certification before teaching
• Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training
