Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Experience leading Barre or group fitness classes preferred.
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Fitness certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Barre workouts for residents.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to prep and engage participants.
• Clock in and track attendance with digital tools.
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity.
• Help build your personal brand as a community fitness leader.
