We are looking for a Barman/Barlady to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Bar Operations: Fulfil the bar operations by assisting with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning, according to Belmond policies, high standards, and procedures.
2. Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.
3. Flawless Service: Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs.
4. Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.
5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and the Butler to provide a service that anticipates and meets the guests' needs and desires.
6. Event Management: Manage the bar service during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Italian;
2. Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
3. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
4. HACCP certification;

Belmond and you:

1. We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Barman;
2. Start date: April/May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
3. Monthly gross salary around €1.900, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR;
4. Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus;
5. Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast;
6. Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff canteen;
