We are seeking a results-driven Weekend Department Manager (Friday- Monday) to join our leadership team at our Braselton Distribution Center. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within a specific department (such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, or Replenishment), ensuring performance, safety, and service goals are met or exceeded.

Essential Job Functions: The ideal candidate will demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodation, the ability to:

• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication, with a strong emphasis on advancing the Company’s interests.

• Independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.

• Analyze operational data and trends to determine effective courses of action.

• Drive results through effective leadership and delegation of duties to subordinates.

• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position entails managing one or more work units within the Distribution Center. Key responsibilities include:

• Training and ongoing development of associates.

• Assigning and monitoring daily tasks and workflows.

• Providing performance feedback and contributing to formal evaluations.

• Participating in hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions in partnership with HR and senior leadership.

Education

• (Required): High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Education

• (Preferred): Bachelors degree is preferred.

Work Experience

• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of distribution center operations, including:

• Scheduling and labor planning

• Inventory control processes

• Data tracking and reporting using warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
