Job summary

Harri in York, Nebraska is hiring friendly, energetic baristas to deliver amazing coffee experiences and warm welcomes to every guest. This role primarily opens, midday, and weekend shifts, with some closing shifts available for later hours.

Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee. It’s about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering AMAZING customer experiences every single time.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for opening shifts, midday shifts, and weekends.

We also have some closing shifts available, so if your schedule works better later in the day, we still want to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
Must have flexible availability to work opening shifts, midday shifts and/or weekends.
