Harri in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking friendly baristas to join our morning-focused crew. You’ll prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, greet customers with warmth, and help start their day with amazing experiences.

We offer flexible shifts including opening, mid-day, and closing hours, a base hourly rate plus tips, and opportunities to grow within the team. If you’re reliable, energetic, and enjoy great coffee, we’d love to meet you.

Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee. It’s about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering AMAZING customer experiences every single time.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and opening shifts, so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want.

We also have some mid-day and closing shifts available, so if your schedule works better later in the day, we still want to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Must have flexible availability to work opening and midday hours

Responsibilities:
