Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and unforgettable service to every cup. You will be the heartbeat of the cafe, creating coffee with care and training provided to ensure consistency and quality.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest connection in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, learn the La Colombe coffee program, and contribute to a welcoming store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required - we\'ll train you!)
• One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the cafe—engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection
• Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style (training provided)
• Own your station and shift, showing responsibility and respect
• Keep the space spotless—cleanliness is part of the experience
• Jump in where needed, support teammates, and look for ways to improve
• Bring positive vibes to every shift and engage guests
