Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and handles cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the service area and equipment.
• Greets customers, explains menu items, and assists in sales decisions.
• Ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures according to standards.
• Supports other duties as assigned.
