Responsibilities

• Makes espresso drinks and related beverages.
• Enters orders into POS and handles payments.
• Replenishes condiments and maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and ensures proper serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils.
• Explains menu items to customers clearly.
• Engages customers to meet their needs and facilitate purchases.
• Greet customers and support efficient service.
