Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and pricing.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and listen to requests.
• Prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks and process payments by cash, card, or house charges.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Balance cash and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues tactfully.
• Follow attendance rules and be available for shifts.
