Job summary

Qualifications

• Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages following health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
• Record all transactions via the POS system and balance banks at end of shift.
• Collect money for food and beverage items; process payments.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe portion sizes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained, and food is stored correctly.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Record all transactions via the POS system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.
