Responsibilities include operating the register, greeting customers, preparing beverages and food items, balancing cash, and maintaining a sanitary work area in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas and beverages per standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and complete cashier slip/deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up/break down coffee bar and keep area clean.
• Maintain a sanitary work area and stock beverages and condiments.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
