Starbucks Coffee Company in Vancouver, WA area is hiring at the entry level to join our store team. No previous experience required and training is provided. We welcome friendly, reliable people ready to learn.

As a partner, you will prepare beverages and food to recipes, engage with customers and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are common.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substitutions.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
