• Providing consistent, warm, and engaging customer service to foster loyalty
• Using top-tier coffee equipment and products to prepare excellent drinks
• Completing training to ensure proper food and beverage handling, maintaining quality and freshness
• Managing inventory to reduce waste, adjusting par levels as needed
• Adhering to local health standards at all times
• Following all product, service, and brand training protocols
• Participating in initiatives to boost foot traffic, sales, and operational efficiency, building a loyal local customer base

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• 18+ years old
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability aligned with cafe needs, including weekends and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 and E-Verify process)
