Job summary

Mohegan Sun's Starbucks outlet is seeking a personable barista to deliver the Starbucks experience. You will make coffee and specialty drinks, fill food orders, assign baristas to daily stations, and maintain outlet inventory and cleanliness while confidently running shifts.

Requires a High School Diploma and experience in fast food or restaurant service with POS cash handling. Candidates should be strong communicators, organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food or restaurant service with POS cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintains outlet inventory/supplies and cleanliness.
• Performs POS functions including comps and voids.
• Makes coffee and specialty drink items and fills food orders.
• Assigns Baristas to daily stations.
• Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to management.
• Sets up stations and performs side work and opening/closing duties.
