Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Lead Barista for the Starbucks location in Uncasville, CT. You will model our customer service commitment, craft coffee and specialty drinks, and lead shifts to deliver the Starbucks experience for guests and fellow baristas.

Responsibilities include maintaining outlet inventory and cleanliness, executing POS transactions with accuracy, opening/closing duties, and training new team members in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.

Qualifications
