Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise associates on a shift, ensuring tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee time-off requests and complaints.
• Mentor staff and encourage career development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
