Job summary

OnePack Hospitality Group in New Orleans is hiring for a hospitality team member to provide friendly, responsive service to guests at the counter or tables, take orders, make recommendations, and help with food and beverage service.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain clean spaces, stock displays, prepare beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused hospitality role requiring friendly, responsive service.
• Ability to take orders, make recommendations, process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in beverage and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold OnePack Hospitality Group mission at your restaurant location.
• Receive and process guest payments.
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages.
• Take guest orders and convey them to kitchen or bar.
• Provide product details and menu descriptions.
• Describe menu items to guests and suggest products.
• Serve prepared foods and arrange displays.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean work areas and seating.
• Check temperatures of equipment to ensure safety.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with colleagues.
• Fill in for fellow employees to ensure guest service standards.
• Subject to change by management.
