The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Barista to join the team!

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back vibe, the resort is perched on 175 acres atop a seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, extensive meeting spaces, and multiple food & beverage outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

Providing exceptional service by preparing and serving beverages and food, including:

• Greeting guests courteously and professionally.
• Taking and preparing orders.
• Upselling to enhance guest experience and profitability.
• Entering orders into a system and settling checks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Organizing work areas and managing inventory as needed.
