What Does it take to be a Successful Barista?

• Model Peet’s culture and values and follow policies and procedures.
• Deliver engaging customer service: welcome customers, determine their needs, serve with urgency.
• Provide consistent quality in drinks and brewing.

• Starting pay between $14.50 to $20.00 plus tips.
