We are currently looking for 5 Baristas @ $20.00/hr. Our Baristas' highest priorities will be to support overall profitability and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining Sodexo Live!'s standards for safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile; honor guests by providing quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite food and drink items.
• Educate guests regarding menu offerings; initiate suggestive selling and sampling of products.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous Barista experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to participate in a team environment.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Sacramento's downtown SAFE Credit Union Convention Center reopened in spring 2021 after renovation and expansion. The new Convention Center offers 240,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, with an outdoor plaza. There are over 2,000 hotel rooms nearby, with more development on the horizon.
