Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Barista to join its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
• Sells coffees and coffee equipment by explaining differences in beans and machines; demonstrating operation.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Maintains equipment by following instructions, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and regulations.
• Improves quality by evaluating and redesigning processes, maintaining store appearance, and coffee bar.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED.
