Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a part-time Barista to deliver world-class service, craft quality beverages, and keep a clean, organized store while embodying our culture.

You will need strong customer service, multitasking, and a willingness to learn new coffee techniques; weekend and night shifts may be required. Previous barista or server experience is desirable.

Job Summary

To be successful, you should have strong customer service skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and a desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture.

Role Responsibilities

Education and Skill Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Previous work experience as a Barista or server desirable.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work / Physical Requirements

This part‑time position may require long hours, including weekends and nights. Typical duties involve standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, rotating, and reaching. You will work with mechanical/brewing equipment and devices and will need close vision for computer work or brewing equipment. Light to moderate lifting is required. Regular, predictable attendance is expected, including occasional quarter‑driven hours as business demands dictate. The role also requires working in a confined area and staying at a terminal for extended periods.
