Overview

A Server Assistant is responsible for maintaining positive impressions for Carle Health. This position handles cash, debit & credit transactions using a Point of Sale system, answers customer questions and phone calls, reconciles cash registers, makes change, prepares Starbucks beverages, restocks items, and maintains a safe and sanitized work area while providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Restock food and small wares supplies according to established par levels.
2. Deliver food items accurately and timely to guests.
3. Keep retail or production preparation areas clean and sanitary following Public Health District standards.
4. Follow guidelines for food handling and sanitation to ensure compliance.
5. Prepare food and beverage requests promptly and accurately.
6. Complete dish and ware washing duties as assigned.
7. Handle cash accurately for guest charges.
8. Provide friendly customer service.

Compensation and Benefits
