Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Barista to join the Food and Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

This 23-story hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets, including The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: AM shift, primarily 5 AM to 11 AM, with availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting, preparing, serving, and taking guest orders for beverages and food in a friendly, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Upselling to increase profitability, entering orders into a system, settling checks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards are also required.
