Barista (Part-Time) at The Lounge - Conrad Indianapolis (Finance)

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Barista to join the Food and Beverage Team! This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Part-Time

• Shift: AM Shift, primarily 5AM to 11AM; availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

• Pay Rate: $15 per hour plus tips and part-time benefits.

• Greet, prepare, serve, and take guests' orders for beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell additional items to increase profitability.
