We are hiring immediately for part-time BARISTA positions.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, including rotating weekends. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior coffee shop experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages following HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately; accept cash and card payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Ensure proper food prep using approved recipes.
• Keep display equipment clean during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greet customers courteously and relay concerns.
• Serve efficiently, preventing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Attractively merchandize display foods and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
