Paradise Point Resort and Spa, a Davidson Hospitality Group property in San Diego, CA, seeks a Barista to craft high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced shop, delivering warm, guest-focused service on a waterfront luxury property.

You will prepare espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, engage guests, maintain a clean workspace, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming cafe atmosphere that reflects Paradise Point's hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and maintain cleanliness.

Responsabilités

Summary

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
